WWA Vocational Training Centre

           In consonance with the aim and ethos of the AWWA, the ‘Rising Star AWWA Vocational Training Centre' was started for improving the knowledge and employability skills of the wives of our troops. It offers a number of courses and classes at their doorsteps, at a reasonable cost and in a user friendly environment. Besides ensuring socio-economic empowerment; the institution enables the wives of JCOs & OR to be economically self-sufficient and groom them to sustain and survive in the present environment be it rural or urban. Rising Star VTC was established at Yol Cantonment on 01 September 2005. Since then it has progressed in various fields. Zonal President AWWA, Rising Star has been instrumental in developing various aspects of VTC and making it a successfull venture.
