Army Skill Training Center (ASTC) Delhi Cantt, an ionic center, was inaugurated on 22 Aug 2016 as a partnership between Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and Ministry of Defence. Skill courses are conducted under the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY). The initiative aims at enabling and empowering army spouses, wards and widows to enhance their true self-worth and to become integral part of nation’s skilled human resources.
