Ivory Army Pre-Primary School was established in April 1988 with the primary aim of providing quality education at pre-primary level to the wards of service personnel residing in Allenby Lines. The school was rechristened as the ‘Cavalier School’ in October 1990.
Wef 01 March 1994, the school was renamed as the “Ivory Public School”. The school was brought under the Kharga umbrella & renamed as Kharga Nursery School-III on 24 Mar 2007. Thereafter, as per AWES policy, the school was renamed as "Shaurya Army Pre-School (Ivory)" on 15 May 2008. Finally, in Nov 2011, the school was renamed as "Ivory Army Pre-Primary School".
