| TARKARI FRESH 1. ‘Tarkari Fresh’ shop is an AWWA venture providing fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy items, frozen and bakery products to the residents of Chandimandir Military Station at competitive prices thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of life in the station. 2. The shop is highly popular. Daily sales have increased from Rs 50,000/- to Rs 1 lakh. Due to the onset of COVID 19 pandemic, necessary changes were done to facilitate the sudden surge of customers due to the lockdown The shop was revamped with several new features to accommodate the increased footfall and enhance user experience. |  |
| CAKES ‘N’ BAKES & FAST FOOD CENTRE 1. Fast Food Corner at Chakra Suvidha Complex is fully functional with heavy footfall and positive feedback from all customers. Additional outlets also exist at Command Hospital Chandimandir, HQ Western Command as well as a Modified vehicle which caters to demand in various RWAs. 2. New Bakery Lecture Hall has been inaugurated on 28 Jun 2021 at Cakes & Bakes. Has a state of art digital classroom setup, where in the participants are introduced to nuances of baking. Practical classes are conducted at the Bakery production unit. There are two kinds of classes available at this facility i.e. for dependents of serving personnel inside the cantonment and personal proceeding on retirement. Certificates from National Skill Development Corporation (GOI), Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship are provided. |  |
| STATION BAKERY SHOP Station Bakery has a number of exquisite delicacies on its menu. To satisfy the palate of all, we have a mobile bakery for door to door delivery and keeping all COVID protocols in place. The vehicle has been air conditioned for better hygiene and services. The mobile bakery is one of the most popular venture and it is a great hit amongst the families during COVID-19. |  |
