Umang Stitching Hub is aimed at Empowering Women by providing a self employment platform to wives of JCOs/OR posted at Jalandhar Cantt who have been trained at the VTC. The Hub has become a favourite for the stn ladies and the project is a huge success due to the efforts of the families involved. At present they are making face masks. |

| Sainik Regt Veg Shop SRVS witnessed unprecedented demand and heavy dependence for vegetables/fresh items since the COVID-19 outbreak. The response and expectations were successfully accomplished by three static outlets and five mobile veg shops. All the families of Jalandhar station were provided with veg/fruit/dairy/grocery items during these times of COVID-19. |

| Vajra Driving School Vajra Driving School is run at Jalandhar cantt and fees charged is Rs 2,000/- from all offrs, JCO/OR, ex-servicemen and their dependents. Civilians are charged Rs 3,000/-. The Driving School provides 150 km of training which is spread over a period of time depending on the convenience of the learner. Due to COVID-19 pandemic training has been suspended as of now. |

| Forever Chic Beauty Lounge Forever Chic Beauty Lounge at Vajra Suvidha Kendra, Jalandhar Cantt was inaugurated on 21 Sep 2020. The beauty parlour was earlier functioning to meet essential needs of families of serving persons staying in Janlandhar Cantt, where in there was space constraints to meet COVID-19 guidelines. The ‘Forever Chic Beauty Lounge' with improved facilities, added space, separated job sections, better ventilation helped to meet Covid -19 guidelines and brought comfort especially with new looks and facilities. |

| Twelve Seater E-Bus The formation has procured two twelve seater E-Buses to run between CP-5 and CP-4 via all family accommodation at Khasa. It facilitate move of people inside the military station free of cost. |

| Computer Training Centre A computer training Center was inaugurated on 19 Jan 2021 in Khasa for imparting basic computer knowledge to families & children. The classes for the first batch has already commenced. |
